The following can be found in regular training in the Tang Soo Do classes of Pearl River O.M.A.C.:
Instruction in traditional Tang Soo Do forms and techniques. Fitness through daily exercise and stretching. Self Defense-Students are taught how to practically apply their skills. Personal Growth-With regular training and meditating, students will develop self-discipline, relaxation skills, focus, respect and self-confidence.
